Colours : Beside standard process and standard colours, matching can be made available.
Substrate : Applicable on treated, multi-layer polyethylene films, PP, PE Met PVC, Met BOPP , Met PET , Pearlised BOPP.
Solvents System :
- Gravure Reducer : Normal Propanol 80% : Ethyl Acetete 20%
- Gravure Retarder : n-butanol (NBA)
- Flexo Reducer : Normal Propanol 80% : Noraml Propyl Acetate 20%
- Flexo Retarder : Methoxy Propanol
Over Print Varnish : OPV is recommended for better product resistance.
